Battle of the Bands 2014
The official Facebook event for the 2014 Battle of the Bands, in association with Albatross Audio UK. Between April - June, FortyTwo will be holding the 2014 Battle of the Bands, which will feature twenty-four of the best original bands from the south. The six first heats and three semi-finals will take place every Thursday from April 24th - 19th June and the final will take place on Saturday 28th June. Progression from each round will depend on a combination of three judge votes and one crowd vote. To vote for the band you want to win, please grab a voting slip from the bar. Prizes include: 1st Prize: Two days (Sixteen hours) recording time at SoundByte Studios, Photoshoot with Greig Clifford and E.P design by Rich Ravenhill - 2nd Prize: £100 worth of band t-shirts with design by Rich Ravenhill - 3rd Prize: £50 bar tab (or £50, if underage)
